We are a full service HVACR (Heat, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
and Refrigeration) company, licensed in the state of Maryland. Our primary servicing area covers Kent, Queen Anne's, Caroline
and Talbot counties, located on the beautiful Upper Eastern Shore of Maryland.
We take pride in the knowledge that
our customers are 100% satisfied in the service they receive from our professionally trained and courteous staff, with over
20 years experience.
Our company offers sales, service and installation of most major brands (see our products links
page) of heating, air conditioning and heat pump equipment, oil & gas furnaces and boilers.
As an add-on feature, we
offer a service contract option that will help keep your equipment maintained and virtually trouble free throughout it's life
cycle. By scheduling periodic inspection and routine maintenance, problems can be averted by early detection in the performance
of the service.
For those situations where "ultra" clean is needed, we can install a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate
Air) filtering system, which helps eliminate fine minute dust, pollen, pet dander, dust mites, their waste, and other particulates
you can't see that can aggravate colds, persistent coughs, allergy and asthma sufferers breathing. These filtering systems
typically have a minimum particle removal efficiency of 99.97% for all particles of 0.3 microns, with higher efficiency for
larger particles.
Installing UV lighting in the air duct system helps reduce airborne micro-organisms and microbes
that contribute to mold and mildew growth and disease. UV lights have been used for years by hospitals and health care facilities
to keep their instruments sterile and to kill germs. Using ultraviolet lights in hvac ductwork to improve indoor air quality
is still a relatively new concept - especially when it comes to residential applications. However, it may be an idea whose
time has come.
We also install whole house ventilation systems to provide a fresh flow of outside air into the home.
In today's newer air tight homes, this helps reduce odors, moisture and mildew growth on walls, from condensation, associated
with the lack of air movement throughout the house. Combined with a HEPA filtering system, your home environment will be a
healthier one you can live with.
Did I mention that we also install humidifiers and heat recovery systems? Here's an
interesting and informative link to an EPA study concerning humidifiers called,
. This information should give you a good idea about different types of humidifiers, how they work and what to expect from
their usage.
